The profile will focus on in-bound calls for relocation requirements. The profile also includes focusing on key accounts which will involve corporate clients and higher pay grade gentry.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Handling Day to Day business operations
2. Customer Experience management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1. Effective English conversational skills
2. Good understanding of the internet and social media
3. Basic knowledge of MS office
