Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for candidates who are good at communication and english speaking
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work upon resolving them.
Handling telephone/toll free number
Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts, Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of microsoft office
- Explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits.
