Responsibilities and Duties
  • We are looking for dedicated, confident youngsters and energetic telecallers consultant who can talk, multi-task and are eager to learn
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Queries Handling and Ability to sustain a conversation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Provide technical support to the customers
  • US - Night shift
Qualifications and Skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Previous experience in a customer support role with at least 6 months to 1-year experience in an International voice based call center would be an asset
  • Candidates with experience in Desktop support will be given priority
  • Excellent communication & verbal skills and a brilliant attitude
