Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Queries Handling and Ability to sustain a conversation.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Provide technical support to the customers

Qualifications and Skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Previous experience in a customer support role with at least 6 months to 1-year experience in an International voice based call center would be an asset
Candidates with experience in Desktop support will be given priority
Excellent communication & verbal skills and a brilliant attitude
